TOUGHPRO (Feiying) is a professional manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production and sale of brake linings, brake pads and clutch products for Chinese domestic and imported medium & heavy-duty vehicles, as well as LCVs, buses and trailers for both the Chinese and global markets. We are committed to engineering top-tier, reliable braking products for high-demand industries worldwide.
The Huangshan production base, established in 2011 and located in the Huangshan High-Tech Zone, is one of the largest manufacturers of drum brake linings in China by production and sales volume. Our operation integrates raw material validation, friction formula development, automatic batching, hot-press molding, CNC drilling, grinding, inkjet coding and multi-point quality certification into a single seamless facility.

Automatic Batching & Mixing
Every formula contains dozens of different materials. The automatic batching system efficiently manages different formulas and improves batching accuracy, quality and stability.
Hot-Press Molding
Four-column die-arrangement hydraulic presses and four-column hydraulic presses precisely control temperature (±1 °C), pressure and time to guarantee material density, with online weight checking.
Drilling & Grinding
CNC drilling platforms and internal/external arc combination grinders check hole positions, thickness tolerance (±0.02 mm), parallelism and flatness to ensure perfect fit with brake pads and discs.
Inspection, Coding & Packing
Final acoustic inspection before inkjet coding, fully automatic packing machines and final visual inspection guarantee consistency; every batch is performance-tested per GB 5763-2018.

Brake Pad Testing
Every batch of brake pads undergoes testing for key performance indicators, including friction coefficient, wear rate, hardness, shear strength, brake fade, and noise levels, to ensure optimum braking safety and comfort.
Our Multi-Stage Quality Control System
We adhere to a rigid quality strategy under IATF 16949:2016. Raw materials are verified, processes are monitored, and every batch is performance-tested per national standard GB 5763-2018 before shipping.
IQC (Incoming)
Every batch of incoming raw materials is sampled and tested before storage and production. If a supplier changes, all materials from the new supplier are examined and tested before production use.
IPQC (In-Process)
The weight of every formula material is precisely controlled by the automatic batching system; hot-press temperature (±1 °C) and online weight (error ≤ ±1 g) are monitored. Line self-checks against standards.
FQC (Final Check)
Every batch undergoes performance sampling tests per GB 5763-2018: friction coefficient at different temperatures, simulated braking to determine service life, hardness, compression deformation, thermal expansion, noise and vibration.
OQC (Outgoing)
Before packing and coding, final acoustic inspection detects hollow drums or cracks. The quality & production panel tracks order progress so every shipment's quality is traceable.
State-of-the-Art Testing Instruments
Our laboratory houses high-end industrial instruments to perform performance and durability analysis. The Type 8000 inertial vehicle brake test bench, friction testing machines and more ensure every product meets international standard grades.
