Send us your vehicle parameters, working conditions, formula ratio or an original sample. Our engineers evaluate it and match or adjust a solution from a library of more than 50 friction formulas. Custom formula development typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Provide drawings or physical samples and we will develop two similar formulas for you to choose from. Custom samples are ready in about 7 working days, with precise dimensional matching. Performance is verified on our Type 8000 inertial brake test bench and constant/variable speed friction testers, providing key data such as high temperature fade and wear rate before your written approval.
For the fastest route, we offer 2 to 3 of our mature formulas for your evaluation. Once you confirm, mass production follows the OEM process with equal-ratio hot pressing on fully automatic lines.
